4. PRODUCT ACCURACY, MATERIALS & SIZING DISCLAIMER

We try to display as accurately as possible the colors, imagery, and descriptions of our premium jewelry pieces. However:

  • Our jewelry is primarily crafted from durable, water-resistant, rust-free, and hypoallergenic stainless steel and titanium steel. Slight natural variances in texture or reflection may occur.

  • The coloration of the product images presented in our online store is subject to the technical settings and screen calibrations of your monitor or display device. We cannot guarantee your device will display the colors with absolute perfection.

  • Interactive Sizing Tools: We provide an online Interactive Ring Size Guide and custom necklace length size charts to help you calculate your dimensions. These dimensions represent approximations designed for guidance. It remains the customer’s sole responsibility to measure accurately before completing an order.

5. CUSTOM PRODUCT ENGRAVING SERVICES

We offer a professional engraving service handled directly on the product pages through our custom system configurations. By choosing to order a personalized piece, you agree that:

  • You are entirely responsible for verifying that text entries, spelling, special dates, layouts, and requested fonts are correct before submitting your transaction.

  • We reserve the absolute right to reject and cancel requests for text engravings that contain offensive, abusive, defamatory, profane, or copyright-infringing content.

  • Exclusion from Standard Returns: Personalized, customized, or engraved jewelry products are completely exempt from standard cancellation or refund privileges due to their permanently altered nature, unless a structural manufacturer defect is present.

6. PACKAGING, DELIVERY & COURIER TIMELINES

All items ordered are processed, packaged, and dispatched from our warehouse facility within 2 to 5 working days once payment authorization is confirmed.

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Complimentary shipping is provided to your delivery address on all single orders with a total purchase value of RM100 and above. Orders under RM100 are subject to standard delivery fees calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Responsibility: Shipping services are outsourced to certified national courier operators. Consequently, Ant’s Dream Jewellery cannot be held legally liable for localized logistics backlogs, custom delays, extreme weather events, or transit interruptions over which we have no direct influence.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our jewelry products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, pause, or discontinue a product collection or any part of the online Service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of promotional campaigns or store items.

8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

All product returns, complaints, and cancellations are bound strictly to our 14-day validation window from the tracking date of delivery.

  • Jewelry must be sent back unworn, unadjusted, clean, and complete with its original presentation packaging structures.

  • Strict Hygiene Note: To comply with mandatory sanitary safety frameworks, earrings are completely non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances unless they are proved to have arrived in a broken or structurally defective state from production.

  • Items damaged through standard wear, exposure to harsh chemicals, accidental physical trauma, or user negligence are entirely ineligible for compensation or exchange frameworks.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & INTEGRATED TOOLS
