Purchases made at our offline bazaar stalls, pop-up events, or physical consignment locations are entirely non-refundable and are excluded from this online return policy.

Condition of Items: Jewellery must be completely unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags fully intact.

Eligibility Criteria for a Refund
At Ant’s Dream Jewellery, we aim to support you at every step. However, to maintain health standards and uphold our quality criteria, a few strict conditions apply:

Pierced Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Personalized / Engraved Jewellery: Any item that has been custom-engraved or personalized to your specifications via our custom design tool cannot be returned or refunded as it cannot be resold. The only exception is if a manufacturing error or a spelling mistake was made on our end.

Sale & Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Items marked as “Sale”, clearance, or purchased during specific promotional events are strictly non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Bundles: Gift cards, mystery boxes, mystery jewelry collections, and custom gift boxes are entirely non-returnable and non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
We pride ourselves on offering the finest quality, water-resistant, and rust-proof stainless steel and titanium steel. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right immediately.

Reporting Window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defective item.

How to Return
Returning your jewellery is easy and worry-free. Here is how to proceed:
1. Submit a Return Request
Send an email to our support team at antsdream.sales@gmail.com with the subject line: [Order Number] – Return Purchase. Include details of the item(s), clear photos/videos showing the item’s condition, and your reason for the return.
2. Wait for Return Approval
Our team will review your request and photos within 2 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and complete instructions.

Important: Items sent back to us without a prior accepted return request will not be accepted or processed.
3. Prepare & Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure it remains unworn and undamaged. Drop off your package at your preferred courier with tracking and send us your proof of drop-off via email.
- Cost of Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective on our part). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective option available that includes tracking.

Promo Codes & Free Gifts: If you used a promo code, the discount will be deducted from your return amount. If you received a free gift with your order, it must be returned in its original condition alongside your main item, or its value will be deducted from your refund.
4. Receive Your Refund
Once we physically receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.
